This patient was seen at our Phoenix, AZ, office for breast reduction. Her concerns included neck pain and back pain as well as breast size asymmetry and unacceptable breast shape. After reviewing her options and discussing the ideal breast size and shape, she decided to undergo a vertical breast reduction and lift. Scottsdale and Phoenix plastic surgeon Dr. Remus Repta performed her procedure. Her photos are approximately 3 months following her surgery and show improved shape, size, and symmetry of her breasts.
