This 51-year-old woman from Chandler, AZ had bilateral mastectomy for recurrent breast CA.  She opted for bilateral immediate latissimus dorsi flap with tissue expander breast reconstruction due to her previous history of radiation therapy.  She then subsequently had her tissue expanders exchanged for silicone gel implants.  She is very pleased with her breast shape and size.  She reports no deficits in strength or range of motion and feels more confident and whole with her reconstructed breasts.  She went on to complete her breast reconstruction with nipple and areola reconstruction.  Case by Dr. Andres
